BREAKFAST RECIPES // The Fluffiest of Pancakes

Happy Monday lovelies! I'm going to try something new, slash hold myself accountable to post more about something that actually I've spent many years of my life studying/practicing - NUTRITION & FOOD

In the upcoming weeks I'll be sharing much more so don't you worry! For now I'm going to share with you one of my favourite weekend breakfast recipes. I mean, who doesn't love a good pancake recipe? I promise this one is super simple and classically delicious. 


RECIPE

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Serves: 2-3 people

Cooking time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

 1 1/3 Flour

3 Teaspoon Baking Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

2 Tablespoon Sugar

1 Egg

1 1/2 Milk  

2 1/2 Shortening  

STEPS

1. Mix dry stuff first (flour, baking powder, salt, sugar + shortening). Warm up shortening in microwave or over stove first.

2. Mix in egg + milk.

3. Scoop pancake mix for desired pancake size.

4. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

5. Flip pancakes over when you see lots of bubbles beginning to form + golden color begins to show. 

6. Top with fruit + lots of MAPLE SYRUP of course!
